Lab Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory tests, maintain lab equipment, and assist doctors in accurate diagnosis. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and a commitment to maintaining high laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities

> Collect, label, and prepare blood, urine, and other biological samples.
> Perform routine laboratory tests and record results accurately.
> Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
> Ensure proper storage of samples and chemicals.
> Follow safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
> Assist pathologists and doctors with test procedures.
> Maintain laboratory records and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

> Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
> Basic knowledge of pathology and diagnostic procedures.
> Ability to handle lab instruments and machines.
> Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
> Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits
