We are looking for a pleasant, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, greet guests warmly, and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
> Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
> Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
> Maintain the reception area neat, clean, and presentable.
> Handle visitor entry, issue visitor passes, and maintain records.
> Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
> Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
> Provide basic information about the company and services.
> Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
> Coordinate with internal departments when required.
Education
> Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Skills & Competencies
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
> Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
> Good telephone etiquette.
> Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
> Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
> Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours
> 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM — Monday to Saturday.
