Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, qualified, and passionate Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, evaluating student performance, and contributing positively to the school’s learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

> Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons according to the curriculum.
> Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
> Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and development.
> Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
> Conduct regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
> Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
> Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
> Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
> Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

> Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory.
> Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant subject.
> Teaching experience preferred (Freshers may also apply).
> Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
> Ability to manage classroom effectively.
> Patience, dedication, and a student-friendly attitude.
> Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an advantage.

Experience

> 0 – 5 years (as per position level).
> Experience in CBSE / ICSE / State Board schools preferred.

Working Hours

> Full-time: Monday to Saturday.
> School timing as per institutional schedule.

Salary & Benefits

> Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification & experience).
